Reports and Publications

The Maia consulting team have excellent writing, editing and presentations skills that have been applied to the production of reports, policy briefs, newsletters, brochures, websites and factsheets, for a range of audiences.  Maia Consulting understands that the written word is a communication tool and can adapt the style of the publication to meet the needs of the audience.   Examples of this include translating technical documents into lay terms, or producing short versions of documents suitable for high level policy makers to quickly digest and understand a new topic area.  These skills are easily transferable to the creation of documents or to editing the work of others.   Examples of reports and publications Maia Consulting have authored or edited include:

• A Decade of Store Surveys – A report written for the E3 committee in 2011 outlining standby power trends over the previous decade, appraising the store surveys achievements and future prospects as a monitoring and compliance tool;
• 4E Standby Power Annex Communication Strategy – A communication strategy for the international committee  to assist with information dissemination between committee member countries and to the broader international energy efficiency sector;
• Policy Briefs – Numerous brief documents succinctly outlining new topic areas or summarising lengthy reports for policy makers to quickly digest;
• Load Down newsletters – Quarterly newsletters for the 4E Standby Power Annex reporting on emerging international news, regulations and events in the standby power area;
• Greenhouse Fact Sheets – Produced for the Australian Government to communicate energy efficiency and climate change information to residential, commercial and industrial audiences.
